Keeping an accurate timesheet ensures you are paid correctly for your hours worked and the family is invoiced accurately. It’s important to keep your timesheet up to date with any shifts, expenses plus holiday and sick leave.
Where do I find my timesheet?
You can find this in two places.
i. On the app.
Once you open the app you can access the timesheet by clicking on the Shifts & Expenses button.
ii. If you're unable to download the app, for whatever reason, you can find this logging into your account from your browser. You can find your timesheet by clicking on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner.
How do I log my shifts?
When you open the app complete the following steps:
Click on Shifts & Expenses
Click the + in the bottom right hand corner
Choose Add shift
Pick the date along with the start and end time (remember to click set!)
Finally click submit shift

How do I log leave?
When you open the app complete the following steps:
Click on Shifts & Expenses
Click the + in the bottom right hand corner
Choose Add leave
Pick the reason you didn't work
Add the date/s
Tick the date to confirm and add the hours
Click submit

How do I add an expense?
When you open the app complete the following steps:
Click on Shifts & Expenses
Click the + in the bottom right hand corner
Choose Add expense
Pick the date the expense was made
Add a description of what it was for and the cost
Click Submit expense
Important: Only add expenses that have been agreed to with the family! You can read more about this here.
