However, many of our customers are already partners with major delivery providers and want to retain their current arrangement with regards to preferred rates, live and post order management workflow. Thus, by integrating with Kosmo with your own providers' credentials will allow you to:
Maintain your preferred rates with the delivery partners.
Get to solve your live and post order issues without a middle man - thus, saving your time and resources.
However, this process can be daunting as different providers have different authentication protocols. Therefore, we have created this help center to take you through the process step by step. You can go back to the page here to start finding the information on a provider level. But as a rule of thumb, most providers will require you to:
Create an account with them
Obtain your production credentials
Configure your webhook URL so that Kosmo can receive updates for your orders.
Provide your credentials to Kosmo in our provider's management page.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR API TOKEN WITHOUT UPDATING YOUR KOSMO PLATFORM. THIS WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE UNABLE TO PLACE ORDERS.
