Pickupp provides 2h, 4h express delivery as well as next day and next 3 days delivery. Our customers uses Kosmo to integrate with Pickupp so that they can gain access to on-demand deliveries and manage them in one place. Integrate with Pickupp's API via Kosmo with your credentials and you will get:

  1. To retain your existing preferential rates with Pickupp

  2. Reach out to Pickupp directly for live order and post order support without a middle man

  3. Garner both the benefits of (1) and (2), while making full use of Kosmo's capabilities to help you better manage your deliveries, and gain access to more providers.

To obtain your Pickupp credentials, follow the below steps. More detailed description of each steps at the bottom of page.

Step 1`: Sign up for your pickupp account based on the links below. Please skip this step if you already have an account with pickupp.

SG Account creation link: https://portal.sg.pickupp.io/signup

MY Account creation link: https://portal.my.pickupp.io/signup

Step 2`: Top up your pickupp wallet.
Ignore this step if you are on a post-paid plan with pickupp.
You can top up your pickupp wallet by clicking on "payment profile" and "top up" as shown in the picture below:


Step 3: Configure your Pickupp webhook URL. You will need to obtain your unique webhook URL from your Kosmo account manager. If you do not have an account manager, please feel free to send an email to support@kosmo.delivery and we will attend to you within one working day. You can configure your webhook URL as shown below: Click on "Profile" and "Edit"


And followed by updating the URL and click "update"


Step 4: Now that everything is done on the pickupp portal. All that is left is to provide Kosmo with your Pickupp credentials. Go to "Profile" and click on "Users"


Click on "Generate API token"


Key in your password and click "Generate API token"


You will see your unique API token here. Please copy this for step 5.


Step 5: This is the final step.

Log into your Kosmo account here.

If you do not already have a Kosmo account, you can refer to here to learn how to create an account. If you are an API customer, feel free to reach out to your account manager for more support.

Once you are in your Kosmo dashboard. Click on the "Settings" icon.


Select Provider Settings and make sure that you are in the correct country. Expand the Pickupp section by clicking on the arrow highlighted.


Click on "Your own API Keys"


Key in your API Key and click save! And you are done!


Now that you are done, you can start placing your orders via Kosmo. A few pointers below:

a. Please always top up your Pickupp wallet to ensure that orders can be placed. In the event that the wallet is empty, orders will not be placed. You do not have to top up the wallet if your account with Pickupp is post-paid.

b. To ensure that the setup is working, you should be able to see the orders you placed via Kosmo in your Pickupp order dashboard.
