Kosmo allows you to onboard your own drivers and easily assign them your orders and routes directly from the platform with a few clicks. You can then share the optimized routes with your drivers and track all your orders real-time on Kosmo.
Onboarding your drivers is very simple: go to Settings>Drivers, click Add driver and input the required information.
All your drivers will be visible in the Drivers page, where you can remove or edit their information
Once you have added your drivers, your drivers will receive an invitation via their email (if provided) on the next steps.
1. Your driver will need to download the Driver app. Search "Kosmo Drive" on either their google play store or apple store.
2. The driver will need to sign up for a driver account and he/she will be able to login to receive the orders you assign to them moving forward.
PLEASE ENSURE THEY SIGN UP USING THE SAME PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED TO INVITE THEM.
Define your route settings
Once you have added your first drivers, you can edit your Route Settings which will be used as constraints when creating the routes for your drivers.
Go to Route Setting and:
Define if you want the driver to end the route at the pickup address (round trip)
Define the maximum orders drivers can deliver in one order
Define the average time drivers spend at each stop. This is used for calculating the ETAs
