I do not receive any email to reset my password

There are a few scenarios on why you do not receive the email to reset your password.

  1. The email may be directed to your spam inbox. Please check your spam inbox if you have received your email.

  2. You were using google sign-in instead of email-password sign in. If you were using google sign-in, there will be no reset password email sent as the authentication method was not set up. Please refer to the below on how you can gain access to your account.

    1. Request for a password via google so that you can log in to your google email. And use google log-in from there.

    2. Sign up on Kosmo with the same email. If you are using the same email, this will link you up to your original account and you will be able to login via email and password moving forward.
