Import Guidelines for International Buyers

Based on our experience, we proactively address potential issues specific to each country to ensure smooth delivery.

Therefore, in most countries, Kpop-related items do not cause any major issues during customs clearance.

Once the package arrives in the destination country, the shipping carrier or customs office will contact you directly. Please follow their instructions accordingly.

What You Should Prepare as the Importer

As the buyer/importer, you may need to:

  • Ensure your shipping address is suitable for receiving packages, including Zipcode.

  • Provide any local documents required for customs (such as tax ID, business license, etc.) Please notify our team before the shipment begins.

  • Be prepared to pay import duties, VAT, or other taxes, if applicable

⚠️ Note: Import taxes and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have experienced any issues with past imports, feel free to consult with our team.

Understanding Import Taxes

Import taxes depend on various factors such as FTA agreements, item type, and quantity. For precise details, please contact your country’s customs office or a customs broker.
