There are a few ways to manage your password in btPRO.
Passwords are never visible to anyone but you (including the PRO Support Team), therefore you must use the tools in btPRO to manage or reset them if necessary.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, use the reset tool on the login page or go to https://btpro.kvcore.com/password/reset.
Please Note: If you do not open the link in the reset password email that is sent to you within 30 minutes, you will have to use the 'Forgot Password' function again.
Can't find the email? Don't forget to check SPAM!
Manually Change Your Password
From your Profile, click the 'Change Password' button on the top right to manually change the existing password.
Please Note: Passwords must include at least 8 characters including an upper and lowercase letter and a special character.
Accepted Special Characters:
! @ # $ % ^ & * _ = \ / . < > ? ; :
