Zapier Overview
Zapier allows Agents to integrate 3rd party systems when there isn't a native integration to push data away from btPRO.
Many 3rd parties have apps available within Zapier, which can be used to push leads out of btPRO via the 'kvCORE' Zapier app.

Locating your Zapier Key
Login to btPRO.
Click on 'Lead Engine'.
Select 'Lead Dropbox' on the right-hand side of the page.
Select and copy the appropriate Zapier Key, depending on how you want your leads to be owned and assigned in btPRO. For example, if you want all leads to be owned by and assigned to yourself in the Smart CRM, select the 'Agent' Zapier key.

NOTE: If you are an Admin, you will have access to all entity keys and Dropbox email addresses along with your personal Agent keys. Please be careful which email you copy as it will determine ownership in the Smart CRM.
How to Create a 'Zap' to Push Leads Out of btPRO
Get Access to the btPRO/kvCORE Zapier App
To get started, you must first use the Zapier Invite Link to access the btPRO/kvCORE app in Zapier.
Click on the Zapier Invite Link
Upon clicking the invite link, you will be prompted to log in to your existing Zapier account or create a new one.
After logging in, accept the invite.
You now have access to create 'Zaps' using the btPRO/kvCORE app.
How to Build a 'Zap' to Push Leads Out of btPRO
When you're ready to create a 'Zap' to push new leads into btPRO, follow the below steps:
Log in to your Zapier account.
Click to 'Make a Zap'.
Select the btPRO/kvCORE app first.
Then, select the 3rd party app to connect.
Example using Mailchimp:
You will then be prompted to select what 'Trigger' you'd like to use and what Action to take in the 3rd party.
You can select either 'Campaign Action' or 'New Lead'.
Then, select what event you'd like to occur in the 3rd party.
Options will vary depending on the 3rd party.
Click 'Try it' when prompted.
You will land on a new page that will allow you to connect your specific accounts and specify which data values to map in your 3rd party from btPRO.
Click to expand the 'Trigger' and connect your btPRO account using your Zapier key.
Once you've connected your btPRO account, click on the 3rd party modal to expand it.
Connect your 3rd party account following the steps you're prompted with (this will vary based on the 3rd party).
Once added, continue to 'Actions'.
In each field, select the related field from btPRO from the dropdown lists that display.
When completed, click 'Continue'.
Click 'Test Step'.
If you receive an error, address the prompt and update the Zap as outlined.
Upon successful test, you'll see a test event in the 3rd party system.
When ready - hit 'Publish' to start pushing btPRO lead/event data via Zapier automatically
NOTE: Zapier will only push data/events that fit your Zap upon publishing. It does not work retroactively.
