There are many mass or bulk actions you can take within the Smart CRM. Review the following article to learn how to take bulk actions and what actions are available.
How to Take Bulk Lead Actions in the Smart CRM
Bulk lead actions can all be accessed via the Smart CRM.
To take a bulk lead action:
Log in to btPRO.
Click on 'Smart CRM'.
Filter and select the desired leads to be updated using the checkboxes.
Click on 'More Actions'
In the dropdown menu that appears, select your desired bulk action.
Take any required steps and confirm your action in the pop-up that appears.
Save.
What Bulk Lead Actions Are Available
The following bulk actions can be taken in the Smart CRM:
Add Task
Assign Lender
Add Campaign
Sync Contact
This will appear if you've connected your Gmail or Outlook email account.

This option will only appear to Company Admin accounts.
