Overview
The 'Print Address Labels' Mass Action within the Smart CRM allows you to export leads names and physical addresses (if added to the lead profile) to PDF, so you can print the list directly on a mailing label sticker sheet.
Address Label Facts
The lead address label PDF files are designed for Avery 5160 labels (1in x 2 & 5/8in).
The standard Avery 5160 format should work for most prints, but you should double-check that they will work with what you plan to print and send.
A maximum of 250 lead addresses may be exported at a time.
If a lead has multiple addresses in their profile, only the primary address will be exported.
How to Exporting Lead Address Labels
To export a pre-formatted address label PDF for your desired leads:
Log in to btPRO.
Click on 'Smart CRM'.
Filter and select the leads you would like to export physical addresses for using the checkboxes.
Click 'More Actions' at the top of the contacts table.
Select 'Print Address Labels' from the drop-down menu that appears.
In the notification box that appears, the system will confirm the number of addresses that were found against the number of leads you selected.
Select your export preferences.
Click 'Export'
Upon exporting, a PDF file will automatically download and open in a new browser tab for you to review.
From the tab that opens, print, download a secondary copy of the PDF, or access more options in the top right corner of the preview.
Use the PDF file as desired.
