How to Add a File to a Lead Profile

Learn how to add files to your leads in the Smart CRM.

Overview

Each lead profile contains a 'Files' section that can be used to upload related assets to store in btPRO. Files can be added via Google Drive when you've enabled the Google Sync option within btPRO.

How to Add a File

To upload files to a lead:

  1. Log in to btPRO.

  2. Enable the Google-btPRO Sync if you haven't already.

  3. Click on 'Smart CRM'.

  4. Search for the desired lead and open their profile.

  5. Click on 'Files'.

  6. Click on 'Browse Files' and select a file or simply drag your file to the gray cloud image.

  7. Upon upload, you'll see a confirmation and a file name with 'Kunversion' as the prefix. For example, 'Kunversion-Monique R'.

  8. The 'Files' tab will now also show 'View All Files' which will link to your Google Drive.

You can access the Google Drive app on your phone, tablet, or computer to locate all your lead files simply by searching for their name.
