There may be times when you need to mass email or text your leads. The btPRO Smart CRM gives you both of these options!
NOTE: You can send a mass email or text to a maximum of 250 leads at a time.
How to Mass Email Leads
To mass email your leads from the Smart CRM:
Log in to btPRO.
Click 'Smart CRM'.
Filter your CRM and select your desired leads by checking the boxes to the left of their names.
Click on 'Mass Email'.
In the pop-up that displays, draft your email using either the Basic Email Editor or Advanced Email Editor.
When ready, click 'Send'. Your emails will be queued up to send to the selected leads.
NOTE: If any of the selected leads are opted out of receiving emails, they will not receive the mass email.
NOTE: It may take several hours for your email to be delivered and display in the lead timelines.
How to Mass Text Leads
To mass text your leads from the Smart CRM:
Log in to btPRO.
Click 'Smart CRM'.
Filter your CRM and select your desired leads by checking the boxes to the left of their names.
Click on 'Mass Text'.
In the pop-up that displays, draft your text message.
When ready, click 'Send'. Your text messages will be sent to your leads!
NOTE: If any of the selected leads are opted out of receiving text messages, they will not receive the mass text.
IMPORTANT: To ensure compliance with anti-spam laws and to protect you, btPRO limits the number of mass text messages or campaign text messages that can be sent to a lead to 1 per day.
Smart Campaign and Mass text actions must be spaced 24 hrs apart.
In the event that multiple text messages are scheduled to be sent within the same day, any attempts after the first will not be delivered and a note will be added to the lead's timeline indicating the send failure.
NOTE: A 'day' is defined as midnight-midnight in your Office timezone.

Why does it take several hours for my mass email to be sent?
Mass emails are sent in batches to avoid messages being flagged as spam. This can mean that the mass email may not be sent right away.
Why does a mass email show it's sent 'via kunversion.com'?
