Overview
When you are inviting your Agents to the platform for the first time there are a few things that must be completed before you’ll be able to send them their welcome email. The following items must be completed before continuing.
Please Note: After adding your MLS' to the onboarding wizard, you may not go back and edit them. However, you may review them and view the progress using the Launch Checklist located
Reviewing Your MLS'
You can review your MLS Approval Status from the 'MLS Approval' item on your Launch Checklist. Once all of the MLS' have been approved and you schedule a launch call you'll be able to continue the onboarding process.
Schedule & Attend a Launch Call
In order to invite your Agents to kvCORE, you must have scheduled and attended your launch call with the Inside Real Estate Implementation Team.
How to Invite Your Agents to kvCORE
Once both of the items above have been completed, you can invite your Agents by selecting all or some of your Agents in the 'Agents' section of your platform.
Selecting All Agents - Select the box at the top of the Agents tab to send a welcome email to all Agents.
Selecting Individual Agents - Select individual Agents by manually checking off the boxes next to their names.
Next select 'Send Welcome Email' at the top. A welcome email will be sent to each Agent and will contain a welcome message as well as a link to log in and set their password.
Keep in mind that the 'Send Welcome Email' button will be greyed out until you have completed all necessary steps.
After clicking 'Send Welcome Email' a popup will appear (only if you have selected all Agents) to confirm the number of Agents the email will be sent to.
Please Note: There is no way to change the default welcome email's content, however, you can create your own welcome email message and use one of the other two email options to send it to new Agents.
TIP: All emails sent from kvCORE come from "no-reply@kvcore.com" so encourage your Agents to save this email address in their contact list so their email provider does not filter these messages to the Spam box.
