Where can I find the Rent to Rent recordings and special tenancy agreement?

This is our special training for rent to rent landlords which took place in 2020.

Note that this training and the associated tenancy agreement have now been withdrawn from sale.

If you have purchased them in the past, this is how you find and access the pages:

1. You need to log into the Landlord Law website

You don't need to be a Landlord Law member, the 'rent to rent' training is a separate membership product. Your user name is the email address you used when you bought the item, you can get a new password via the link in the login page.

2. Go to the Training page

You may also be able to access it via your 'My Purchases' page.

If you get a page saying 'Sorry - you can't view that page' - this either means your access to the page has expired, or you are not logged in properly.

Check you are logged in first - go to the login help page again. If you continue to have problems, check also the page about clearing your cache.

If that does not help, contact us via the green help button on the bottom right of the screen, making sure you give your email address so we can check your access rights. But read the page on clearing your cache first.

4. Go to the Agreement download page

If you are able to access the training page, you will see a grey index box at the top.

Click the 'rent to rent agreement' item in the grey index box as shown above - this is a link to take you further down the page here:

The green button will take you to the tenancy agreement download page. You will only be able to access this page if you have paid for the special 'rent to rent' agreement.

5. Download the agreement

You can download the agreement via the blue button at the bottom of the download page:

And that's it!

Any problems with this, contact us via the green button support service (you can see the button at the bottom right of the screen). However, if you have bought the product and have logged in properly you should not have any problems.

If you do still have problems, please read the page on clearing your cache before getting in touch.

If it is some time since you purchased the training, it may also be that your access has expired. So ask us to check this for you. We can reinstate access if appropriate.

Note though, that once the Renters Rights Bill has come into force, rent to rent may not be a good option for you. So, take advice before setting up a new rent to rent arrangement.
