You can make a claim directly in the app, under the "Insurances" tab. You can also email the claim form to skador@lassie.co and our claims team will take care of your claim. You will need to include your insurance number and a receipt from your visit. It may also be useful to include copies of the vet's medical records.
Any questions about your claim can be asked in the chat in our app and via the same email.
