If you have invoices for multiple veterinary visits, you should take a photo of each one and upload them to the Lassie app. Once we receive the invoices, we will review them and cover the costs based on your insurance coverage, then we will arrange a reimbursement if applicable. If it involves multiple different issues, it’s helpful to note this in the claim description.
