How to submit a reimbursement request? ๐Ÿ’ธ

Here are the documents we need in order to cover your pet's healthcare expenses!

With Lassie, we will reimburse you if you provide us with the following:

  • For illnesses/accidents: a veterinary invoice, a prescription, and a treatment sheet (attached) or a detailed consultation report of the visit, including the date of the first symptoms, the symptoms, and the diagnosis (the report may be requested depending on the review of your claim, even with a treatment sheet).

  • For preventive care: a veterinary or store invoice, with your insurance number + treatment sheet if there was a consultation, even preventive. ๐Ÿ˜Š

You can then send us these documents through the app under the "Insurance" tab: select the concerned pet and "Submit invoice."

You can then create a new case or update a previous claim: enter your petโ€™s microchip number if not already done, describe what happened, and upload your documents, either as photos or files!

Alternatively, you can also send your request by email to: sinistres@lassie.fr, making sure to include your insurance number and any relevant documents needed to review your claim (e.g., the veterinary invoice with all necessary information, treatment performed, date, pet's name, identification number, etc.).
