How to track my reimbursement requests? ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

We are committed to providing you with the best visibility on your reimbursement requests.

In order for us to cover your pet's healthcare expenses, you first need to submit a reimbursement request.

You can do this in the app under the "Assurance" tab: select the pet in question and "Submit invoice."
โ€‹

You can then create a new case or update a previous claim: enter your petโ€™s microchip number if not already done, describe what happened, and upload your documents, either as photos or files!

Alternatively, you can send your documents to us by email at sinistres@lassie.fr, including your contract number!

You can find and track your ongoing requests in the app under the same "Insurance" tab -> My Claims.

โš  Note: When submitting your first reimbursement request, we will ask you to provide, if not already done:

  • Your pet's i-Cad certificate, which you can retrieve here

  • Your reimbursement method, so we know which account to transfer funds to

Our claims team will review your documents and contact you by email if we need additional information. Once the claims team has all the necessary documents, they will send a reimbursement decision via email. Make sure your email address is correct. In the app, you will only see whether the request has been reimbursed or declined, but the email contains all the details.

If we reimburse you, it will take into account your reimbursement rate and your annual limit.
