My insurance is not showing in the app
If your insurance does not appear in the app, please try the following:
Go to “Profile” and tap “Log out”.
Log back in using the same email address linked to your insurance. (If you changed your email address with us, please use the new one)
💡 Best practice is not to not use capital letters in your email address (especially at the beginning).
My login pin code is not working
When logging into our app, you’ll be asked for a 4-digit verification code, which is sent to the email address you entered. Depending on your email provider, delivery might take a little time, but usually, the email arrives immediately or within a few minutes.
Tips to ensure smooth login:
✔️ Do not fully close the app while checking your email. Keep it open in the background, as closing it will trigger a new code request, making the previous code invalid.
✔️ If your code is displayed as incorrect, wait a moment before trying again. Only request the code once to avoid confusion.
✔️ If possible, open the email on another device (e.g., a computer or tablet) while keeping the app open on your phone. This prevents unnecessary new code requests. 😊
