In the Lassie app, go to Profile → Your information. There you can update:
your first name or last name
your postal address
your phone number
Depending on what you change, you may be asked for a supporting document (for example a marriage certificate or a name change certificate), and the number of changes allowed per year may be limited.
The app shows you the conditions when you make the change.
To update your email address, or if you don't use the app, get in touch with us on chat or by email at contact@lassie.fr. Please include your policy number and your previous email address so we can find you in our system.
Once the change goes through, you'll receive your updated insurance documents by email 💌
