I can’t see my insurance in the app
To view your insurance, make sure you're logged in with the correct email address. Your insurance contract is linked to your email address. Try logging out and logging back in. If it still doesn’t work, contact us via chat or email so we can assist you.
I can’t create a reimbursement request
If you're unable to upload your documents in the app, it could be a temporary bug. You can try again later or email us at: contact@lassie.fr, and we will help you. Feel free to take screenshots and send them to us so we can investigate on our end.
Note: You can always send your reimbursement requests via email to sinistres@lassie.fr, clearly stating your contract number in the message.
