You can make changes mid-year if you haven’t made a claim and your pet isn’t suffering from any medical conditions. If you’re decreasing your excess or co-pay, a waiting period will apply.
If a claim has been made or your pet has medical conditions during the policy year, you’ll need to wait until your next renewal to make changes, and a waiting period will then apply.
