Your Lassie policy will automatically renew. We’ll send your renewal documents with plenty of advance notice to remind you.
If you’d like to make any changes or cancel your policy, you can contact us. There’s a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel and get a full refund, as long as no claims have been made.
If you pay by direct debit, you don’t need to do anything, your payments will continue automatically at the adjusted figure shown in your renewal documents.
If you pay annually, you’ll need to make your payment online or contact us to ensure your policy continues and doesn’t accidentally lapse.
If your policy does accidentally cancel, don’t worry! Contact us and we can review your options, in many cases we may be able to reinstate your policy. 🐶🐱
