Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can switch between monthly (direct debit) and annual payments. Just contact us and we’ll help you make the change.

Change payment method:

Here's how to update your payment method in the portal:

  1. Click on "Add a payment method".

  2. Choose your preferred method:

    • IBAN (Direct Debit)

    • PayPal

    • credit card

  3. Click on "Confirm".

Additional information:

  • You can add multiple payment methods.

  • The method activated in the portal will be used for future premium payments.

  • Make sure that there is sufficient credit in the chosen payment account to avoid incorrect transactions.

Change payout method:

Here's how to change the account to which refunds are sent:

Option 1: Select the box to use the same payment details for withdrawals as well – “Use the selected payment method”.
Option 2: Click “Add to a withdrawal method” to add a separate withdrawal account.

Available payout methods:

  • IBAN

  • PayPal

(Note: Refunds cannot be issued to a credit card.)

View past and upcoming payments

On the homepage of the payment portal, you will find an overview of your entire payment history and all future invoices, including:

  • Completed payments

  • Payments in processing

  • Planned future invoices

View annual price and discounts

At the top of the page you can see:

  • The total annual price of your insurance

  • All applied discounts

If you have multiple insurance policies:

All payments for all insurance policies are displayed in a list.
Click on a policy number to view only the payments for that policy.

View details for a specific payment:

To see more information about a payment – ​​such as the billing period, applied discounts, or the payment date – simply tap the relevant entry to expand it.
