When using the Virtual Card, there are several issues that can occur that are outside of our control. Payments are a complex thing, and we work around the clock to ensure that your purchases go through smoothly and your experience is seamless.

Occasionally when attempting to place an order with our App Exclusive retailers, you may get an error message saying, “Your session has timed out”. This typically occurs when an interaction with one of our systems takes longer than expected and we don’t want to keep you waiting any longer.

This has an easy fix - simply refresh your Laybuy app and try again, and it is likely this will be successful.
