My payment has timed out

When using Laybuy and particularly the Virtual Card for our UK customers, sometimes issues can happen which are outside of our control. The world of payments is immensely complex and we work around the clock to ensure your purchase is successful and the experience is seamless.

On rare occasions, you may see an error or the attempt time out which is typically because an interaction with one of our systems took longer than expected, and we didn't want to keep you waiting any longer.

The simplest solution to this is simply refreshing your application or browser and trying again. Think of it as the off and on method that fixes your tv or computer.
