Signing up with Laybuy is easy! You can sign up through our app, or at the payment method section when making an order online with any partnered retailer.
When you sign up to Laybuy, we’ll perform a credit check and ask for a valid ID document. Once these have been verified, and if you meet our eligibility requirements, your account will be ready to go!
To be eligible to use Laybuy you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be a resident of New Zealand, Australia, or The United Kingdom (excluding the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey).
Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile phone number.
Have a valid debit or credit card.
Have a valid licence or passport (for NZ and AU only).
If you’ve had an account with us that you have closed, and you are wanting to reactivate your account, you’ll need to get in touch with our team to help you with this.
