Settlement report

This includes all settlements that have occurred, regardless of the payment type the customer has used. This will include all web, in store and card orders and is available whenever you need, as well as providing detailed date range flexibility to configure the report to suit your needs.

Transaction report

Our most detailed report to date, this will include all the details of settlement report but also the added benefit of viewing refunds and all payment types. Card transactions are identified as MASTERCARD, as that's our scheme partner that provides the service. While fees are paid through Direct Debit, you can see what you'll be paying for each order under transaction fee field.

Invoice report

Available to all merchants who use Card for in store orders, this report provides detailed information about what you owe to us, and the date that payment will be automatically deducted. Remember, individual fees for Card orders are found on the transaction report, the invoice report is the aggregate value.
