A new brand? Nice one. We're pleased Laybuy is such a success that you're looking to expand your usage to another business. Simply reach out to the team at support@laybuy.com with some additional details, including your current business name for reference, and our dedicated team will help get you set up in no time.

It's important that your existing ID and KEY is never shared between brands, as this can cause issues with reporting as well as the customer statement they see on their Laybuy account. As you'll know, set up is simple and we can supply a new set of keys in a matter of moments once we've got all the necessary information from you.

Need to add new users? That's easy too. Simply provide us with a spreadsheet including their full name, email address and permissions they need and we'll add these instantly.
