Looking to come back? We're here to help! In order to get your account with Laybuy active again, we'll need you to contact us within the messages tab and select Send us a message.

To reactivate your account, we'll need to reopen your old account (not start a new one). We will also need to re-run an ID check to verify your account and do an instant credit check if your account has been closed for longer than 90 days.

This process only takes a matter of minutes so reach out at any time as the team is here to help.

Please note that this does not apply, if your account has been referred to Debt Collections.
