Missing using Laybuy to pay later? We can help you get your account back up and running. You’ll need to get in touch with one of our team to help you. You can do this by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

We won’t make a new account for you, instead, we will reinstate your old one. To do this, the team will ask for your ID to verify your identity. Once this is all done, a credit check will be run (this will only happen if your account has been closed for longer than 90 days). Once this is all done, and if you meet our eligibility criteria, your account will be reactivated and you can get shopping!

Please note that this does not apply, if your account has been referred to debt collections.

For UK Residents: Laybuy is unregulated credit. Please use responsibly. T&Cs, eligibility criteria & late fees up to £24 per purchase apply.
