If your order is in a "Requires Balance" status or if you receive an email indicating your order did not bill successfully, you will need to update your card and Top Off your account. Depending on your lead order type and order location, your steps may vary as detailed below.
Update Billing for Orders Placed via HQ such as Call-In A Standing Lead Orders, Digital Lighthouse Standing Lead Orders, Recruiting, and Digital Economy Standing Lead Orders:
Login to HQ, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Account Balance from the drop down menu.
To add a new card, click Add Payment Method.
Enter the card details in the pop-up window.
Click Save Payment Method to add the card as your new Default payment method.
Click Top Off Account in the top right corner to charge your new card.
Update Billing for orders in Opt such as One-time Lead orders from inventory or Bonus Standing Lead Orders:
Login to Opt and click the My Charge Cards tile on the home page.
A maximum of 3 cards can be placed on file in Opt. Either add a new card or edit the existing card details.
Save the card details. The card marked as Default will be used for auto-charging bonus standing lead orders and will auto-populate for one-time orders.
Update Billing for Mail-In A Standing Lead Orders:
Access the Quility Billing portal via Visit https://www.billingportal.com/s/quility/login/magic
Enter the email address on file with Quility and click "Get Login Link Via Email."
Click the link within the email to verify your account and access the billing portal.
Each order will have a tile with the subscription details. Click Update Payment Method under the specific subscription.
Enter the new card details and click save.
Let Leads Support know you've updated your card details so they can charge the new card and ensure your order is all set.
Update Billing for orders placed via Quility Leads Marketplace Pilot or Beta:
Login to the Leads Marketplace and navigate to My Account>My Lead Orders.
Locate the lead order and click the Details button to access the Lead Order Details Page.
On the bottom right of the page, click Edit to make changes to the order.
Choose a different saved Payment Profile or click Add New Card to enter new information.
Click Save.
To Top Off your subscription, click Top Off.
