Give them a call! Having that additional contact gives another opportunity to connect with the client. When a client replies with “Stop” the lead gets tagged “SMS Opt Out” and texts can no longer be sent. However, you can still call and email the lead. We recommend creating a Smart List in Switchboard that is a “Call Only” list with leads that have opted out of texts. This way you can always work that list as an outbound call list.
