How should I handle a lead that says, “I did not request this”?

Acknowledge the objection, redirect to the personal information provided on the lead, and end with a question to keep the conversation moving forward. Example: “ I understand, you may not remember requesting information, that happens on occasion with my other busy clients but I am able to help everyone I meet with. I have you down as [ client name ] at [client’s address] is this correct?”
