What do I do if a lead doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment?

If a potential client doesn’t show up for your appointment, try and call them and see if you can connect. If you need to leave a voicemail, it is best to say… “Sorry you missed our appointment, but I understand - life happens...let me know when you would like to reschedule a call. I will make a note to reach back out if I don’t hear from you, so I don’t drop the ball on going over the information you requested.”
