We are glad you are excited about receiving your leads! There could be a couple of different reasons why you are not seeing lead flow. Some reasons to consider are:
Analog orders that are placed could see a brief delay in receiving leads toward the order due to the nature of the generation efforts. Rest assured, once we start getting a return on our mailings, we will send them your way!
Leads are allocated in real time as they become available. If your order is active and you are not seeing lead flow, it’s possible your order is in an area that does not have a high lead flow at the moment. In this case, we recommend adding more states, so you are still able to receive leads even if leads in your initial ordered state is not available. We are happy to assist you by making suggestions of areas that are seeing good lead flow so don’t hesitate to ask!
If you have placed a lead order for leads that are currently in high demand, we may be working on increasing lead flow to fulfill all requests. In this case, we recommend adding other lead types to diversify your order and give you the best chance of receiving leads to fill your order even if there are not currently leads available for your initial lead order.
Make sure your Switchboard account is synced to HQ to be able to receive allocations. You can hit the sync HQ button in Switchboard and log in on the next screen to be able to sync leads and the accounts together. How to Sync SB to HQ
