If you are not seeing your leads in Switchboard, the first step would be to sync HQ to Switchboard and check to see if the lead was then added to your Switchboard. How to Sync SB to HQ If the lead is not added after trying to sync, check your leads in HQ to see if the lead is there. If the lead is not in HQ, then the lead has likely rolled to a lower lead level and is no longer available to add to Switchboard.
If the lead is present in HQ or is no more than 5 weeks old, please submit a Leads support ticket and we will be happy to investigate further!
From the Leads Tile, click Submit a Support Ticket at the bottom of the page.
Enter your name, E-mail, and description of the request.
Click Submit.
