Why is my lead order in “Canceled” status when I didn’t cancel it?

Updated over 9 months ago

There are a few reasons why an order would have a Canceled status:

For standing orders in HQ:

The system will automatically cancel an order if it has had a declined payment for two consecutive weeks. For an order to be active a valid credit card on file is required.

For Bonus Standing Lead orders:

Leads that have been assigned and are not paid for by Friday at 11:45 PM EST will be canceled due to non-payment and unassigned. Lead orders that are routinely not paid for are subject to permanent cancellation.

For one-time orders for Analog A or Bonus leads placed in Opt!:

One reason could be that the leads were not available in inventory. One-time orders are filled on a first come first serve basis and Opt! inventory does not reflect pending orders. Another reason could be that the order was not approved by your manager before the leads were purchased by another agent. (Note: If your order shows as Declined, there was an issue with your payment.)
