I canceled my order, why am I still seeing leads?

All standing orders, once cancelled, can still see leads through the end of that billing period. Orders that are pending cancellation will have lower priority for allocation. Once the billing period ends, no additional leads will be allocated regardless of the remaining account balance.

If you are still receiving Bonus leads after canceling your Bonus Standing Lead Order, please reach out to Leads Support and we will be happy to investigate.

  1. From the left Navigation Menu, select ‘Support’.

  2. Click the ‘Leads’ tile from the Support Hub.

  3. Click ‘Submit a Support Ticket’ at the bottom of the page.

  4. Enter your name, E-mail, and description of the request.

  5. Click Submit.
