Important: we analyze data based on typical agents (who together account for more than 80% of all applications). If you perform better than a typical agent, you can expect an even higher Cash Return in Net Commissions ("CRiNC"). If you’re still training, you may underperform a typical agent. However, the most important thing the data shows is that consistency is key. Some new agents buy one week of leads, don’t see results, and stop buying. This lends itself to streaks of luck, rather than allowing training to enable success over the long-term. Keep investing in your business and stick with it; two bad weeks can be followed by three great weeks. Consistency breeds success.
