When an order is placed in HQ, the order is prefunded and could start receiving leads immediately. Every Friday night, all lead orders that received leads, are topped off to bring the account back up to the total needed to start receiving leads for the next week. After the initial prefunding of the order, the top off charge will be once a week.
I was already charged to prefund my lead order in HQ this week, why did I get charged Friday night as well?
