Some of our most senior equity partners remain actively engaged in working leads and protecting families. There are compelling reasons to continue working leads: to set an example for your agents, to achieve financial goals, and to keep your knowledge of the business, the technology, and the available leads fresh. As your agency grows, tackle this question with your upline and mentors. While some identify $250,000 submit per month as a trigger to get out of the field, others will recommend you always work leads. Ultimately, it is a leadership and strategic choice to make for yourself and your agency.
