Disclaimer: This guide does not apply to the Professional versions of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics connectors since they have a different sync structure. Refer to this article for the Professional Salesforce/MSD version.

Sometimes, a user may need to review captured data and make changes before syncing to their CRM, or generally sync/resync leads after the event. This guide goes through the steps of taking a one-time manual sync action on captured prospects. Whether you need to sync the prospects for the first time or resync/update them on your CRM, this guide is for you!

If you need to manually edit/update capture form submissions before re-syncing leads, follow this short guide.

Manually Syncing/Resyncing Leads Through a Bulk Action

A bulk action is a one-time fulfillment action taken on a prospect or a number of selected prospects. To take an action on your captured prospect, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the number of prospects for the desired event.

  • Click on the selection icon. There are options to select individuals, page, or all.

  • Once the desired leads are selected, click on 'Actions' and 'Bulk Actions'

  • Name your action and click 'Save'. Naming the action is for the purpose of logging it (you can go back to it later inside 'Prospects > Bulk Actions').

  • Select the sync action, or your webhook call.

If you are re-syncing the prospects, make sure to check the box for updating existing records (For Pardot, select 'Update' from the actions drop-down).

Example of re-syncing to HubSpot:

Re-syncing to Marketo:

Re-syncing to Pardot:

Calling a Webhook:

Note: A webhook call does not have a duplicate setting since it only fills a form on your CRM. The sent data will however comply with your CRM duplicate management rules.

  • After clicking 'Next' and 'Activate', the action will run immediately!

  • The changes are now synced to your CRM successfully!
