The Lean PlanDo Site app helps users to do below things
Get an overview of the task status and constraint status for the current, previous and next weeks.
View the list of tasks planned to be executed for a week.
Commit tasks to the weekly do-list or Uncommit tasks from the weekly do-list.
Filter Weekly tasks based on status such as "awaiting update tasks" or "completed tasks" etc.
Update task progress or delay them to a future date.
Attach photos to a task. Check out here
View constraints attached to a selected task
View the list of constraints planned for the week.
Update Constraints as Done or Not Done.

Above image shows the dashboard having task and constraint status for the do-week (18 Nov to 24 sep) in the project "Mega Infrastructure Project". The CPR (construct plan reliability) shows the ratio of number of tasks done over number of tasks planned to be executed for the week. Know more here.

Above image shows 2 tasks that are part of the list of tasks in the week from 2nd to 8th September. Clicking anywhere on the task status widget in the dashboard takes the user to the above view.

Clicking on a task in the weekly tasks view takes the user to the above view where task progress can be updated. The days with orange circles are the days for which the task is planned to be executed within the week. The green ticks indicate that the progress for that day is updated already.

The above image shows the list of constraints for the week from 18 Nov to 24 Nov. Details such as its status, due-date and responsible person assigned to the constraint is shown. Click on the constraint will show the detail view of the constraint shown below.

The detail view of a constraint is shown above. The list of steps that form the constraint are shown along with their due-dates. The green tick indicates that the corresponding step is completed.
