Lean PlanDo is a smooth project delivery tool with integrated lean methodologies.

The team will use the Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD) workflow together with Plan - Do - Check - Act (PDCA) process to plan, monitor and improve the project.

The following features are important and useful as a RE/RTO to see how the site work and preparation work are being planned, and to know the project status and performance.

Lean PlanDo is a web-based application, which means you do not need to install any software. With internet connection and a device (laptop/tablet/mobile), you will be able to use Lean PlanDo conveniently. First we see how to signup /Log in with Web based Application

1.3.1.3. Lookahead

The Lookahead is a six to eight weeks view of the Masterplan, where the project team will perform forward planning of the project with the detailed breakdown of sequence of work for all the site activities into Tasks.

Under the lookahead, the project team will also plan out the site sequence, along with preparation work called Constraints.

1.4. Do List

Every week, the project team will have a Do List of tasks to be executed on site and these tasks will be monitored and updated daily. These progress updates can be found in the Done List.

RE/RTO will play a important role in this Done List. RE/RTO can add comments and attach photo or document on any particular task. They can verify the percentage of work done updated by the Main Contractor.
