Setting Up Your Travel Party
Your Travel Party is the group of people joining you on your trip. SparkAI uses this list to make sure activity suggestions are safe and age-appropriate for everyone. This helps keep your planning simple and fun!
Go to the Adventures page in the sidebar.
Open the Travel Party tab. Your students are already added!
Click Add Member to include others, like a partner, a grandparent, or a friend.
Add their details so SparkAI can plan for the whole group.

The best matches appear at the top of the list. You can Shortlist the ones you like or Add to Schedule. Your suggestions will refresh based on the frequency you choose in your Adventure Settings panel, giving you fresh ideas throughout your trip.
Using Trip Plans and Insights
When you shortlist an activity or add it to your Schedule, you get a detailed Trip Plan. This helps you get ready for the day without the stress. Open any planned activity to see:

Safety Tips: Important reminders to keep everyone safe during the adventure.
