In the review report and in the form fill-in view, you will find a strip of icons on the right-hand side. We call this the sidebar. In the sidebar, you as an employee, your coach and any Admins will find information about all the goals you have worked on.

Collapsed view of the sidebar (to the right of the report)

Career

Here you will find your current and previous job profile(s). Any ambitions will also be shown here.

By clicking on one of the job titles, a pop-up appears, where you can view this job.

Here you can see the description. In addition, you may see any KPIs, skill and/or competences written out to focus areas and behavioural examples.

💡: Are you curious about the sample behaviours for your next step? Then add them to your ambitions in the career module. This can help you while completing your review and setting new learning goals.

Goals

You can also click the goals icon to view the various goals you are working on or have worked on.

These goals will be sorted by status of ‘To do - archived’. You will also see any progress you have made.

By clicking on a goal, you can see the progress on any underlying activities:

Besides being able to view the progress, you are also given the option to update the goal here. To do this, hover your mouse over the progress bar or underlying activities to use an update button.

This way you can evaluate on the current progress of the goals while writing your review.

Reviews

By clicking on the star icon, you can find historical and archived reviews.

Clicking on one of the reviews will bring up a pop-up of the corresponding review report.

This allows you to look back at what you discussed with your coach in a previous review, what scores were given and what agreements were made.

💡: Scroll to the bottom of the report to view the written summaries and next steps
