In the Learned platform, you have the option to keep notes at all times. You can do this for yourself, but you can also link these notes to one of your colleagues.
💡 You can collect feedback or compliments throughout the year, which you can grab whenever you are asked by colleagues to provide them with peer feedback.
Adding notes to your notebook
To add notes to your notebook, click on the notebook in the bottom left corner of the menu. Then click on “Create note”. Choose which employee you want to create a note for, or create a note for yourself. Then you can start creating your note.
If you have added several notes for the same colleague, you will find them when you click on the respective colleague. All notes will then appear in the screen next to them. Furthermore, you can also directly create a new note for this colleague.
❗️Note: When you click on “All notes” in the menu, you have to select a colleague for whom the note is. By default, you are self-selected there.
💡 Give your note a clear title so you can find your feedback for a colleague quickly. With the search bar, you can search for a colleague you have already made a note for, or for a specific note.
