In the Learned app, you have the ability to record insights and notes at any time.
You can do this for yourself, but you can also link these notes to one of your colleagues.
This allows you to collect feedback or compliments throughout the year, which you can refer to when colleagues ask you to provide them with peer feedback.
Insights in the Learned app
When you log into Learned on your phone, you can navigate to the insights page via the menu in the bottom left corner.
All insights organized
On the insights page, you can view all the insights and notes you have created. These insights are divided into two tabs:
All insights: Contains an overview of all created insights and notes.
And Folders: A folder is created for each person, under which the related insights are grouped.
Creating an insight
To create an insight, tap the "+ insight" button at the bottom right of the screen.
In the next screen, you can fill in the details of the insight.
Select yourself or a colleague
Choose which colleague you want to create a note for, or create an insight about yourself. You can use the search bar to select one or more colleagues. All insights you create are only visible to you.
After filling in the insight with the necessary information and notes, you can create it by clicking the "Create insight" button.
