To add additional filtering options for your organisation, you can use Tags. Useful if you would like to do additional analysis. For example, by:

  • Location/branch

  • Employment (full-time/part-time/flex)

  • Contract type (permanent/temporary, self-employed)

❗️Note: All Tags you create and link to employees are also visible to the employees in their personal profile and job profile.

Creating or editing Tags

Admins can create Tags by clicking on the profile picture and navigating to the organisation settings. Tags can be found under the 'Company Details' section.

By clicking 'Edit', you can create new Tags or change the names of existing ones.

You can directly create the labels in multiple languages so that it can be displayed in the users' preferred language. To do this, click on the flags in the top right.

Assigning a Tag

To a user

You can assign a Tag to one or more users. To do this, follow the steps below:

  2. Click on an employee

  3. Edit the personal information and assign the appropriate Tags

  4. Save the changes

💡 You can also create any additional Tags not already listed in this step.

To a job profile

You can also add Tags to different job profiles to make it easier to filter on the overview page. You do this using the steps below:

  1. Go to job profiles

  2. Click on the job profile you would like to add a Tag to

  3. Click on “Edit” in the far right-hand corner

  4. Open the advanced settings in step 1 of the edit view

💡 Also in this stap you can create any additional Tags that are not listed yet.

Working with the labels

Once you have linked the right employees or job profiles to appropriate labels, you will see them in various places in the platform. For example, you can use an extra filter called “Labels” in the following places:

  • On the “Members” page

  • On the overview page of the job profiles

  • In the results dashboard of a review cycle, under the “Questions” tab.

  • [Very soon] In the performance report(s).
