Access to previous 1:1 meetings

When a manager changes, previous 1:1s remain private by default. If you want the new manager to have access, there are two options:

1. Sharing comments/updates with a new manager via Insights

Have the former manager share the key comments/updates from the 1:1 series with the new manager through Insights. This way, the new manager can use these insights for upcoming 1:1 conversations or reviews. This could be part of the handover between managers.

How do you send comments/updates to Insights?

Select the text you want to send to Insights, link it to the correct employee, and send it.

Then go to Insights, open what you just sent, and click 'Share' in the top right corner.

2. Export 1:1s as PDF

Another option is to export the input from the 1:1 meetings as a PDF and share it with the new manager outside of Learned. To do this, click "Export PDF" in the top right corner of the 1:1 meeting.

❗️Note: Exporting PDF reports is done per 1:1 meeting. If a series has been created, you will need to export a separate PDF for each meeting in the series.
