Giving and receiving feedback is an important part within Learned. Through this input and feedback, you are consciously reflecting on certain skills and goals.
In addition to being able to spontaneously request feedback from your peers in Learned in the Real-time feedback module, there is the ability to request peer input from colleagues for the purpose of an review. In this article, we look at how to process requests for input in review.
Where do I find the feedback request?
As a user, even if you are a coach or Admin, your feedback requests can be found on the task list on the home screen. If a feedback request comes in, you will receive a notification for it.
Under the task is indicated for whom you have been asked to give input. You can see from the status of the task whether you have already started the task. On the far right of the task you can see the deadline, for when you need to provide your colleague with input.
How do I process the request?
By clicking on the request you can start giving the input.
You will then see a pop-up. If you don't have time to write the request yet, click start later.
You will also see the option to reject the request. If you choose this, the task will disappear from your home screen and you will no longer have an option to provide this colleague with input.
By clicking start you will enter the form's fill-in view and you will see the questions intended for you as a colleague.
You can close this module and continue working later. You will then find the task with the label 'In progress'.
